Eligibility Criteria
For undergraduates/Post Graduate/Research Scholars from any university/college or educational facilities.

Team Formation Rules
Candidates can participate in group capacity only. A team cannot participate with more than four members.

Rules for Presentation
A team will be given 5 minutes for delivering their thoughts/idea. Submit your presentation on the following e-mail address (sagarshakya9260@gmail.com). NOTE: The teams will be shortlisted after the submission of their presentation. Only the top 20 teams will be invited to present in the final round.
Suggestions for preparing slides. Candidates are suggested to create slides in the following order.
- Problem Statement
- Solution
- Business Model
- Revenue generation
- Advertisement/Marketing
- Target Audience
After the team has finished their presentation the question and answers round will be open for maximum 3 minutes for all.

Schedule
The event will take place in two sessions. The following are some information about them.
- Session 1
- It will take place from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on 28th March, 2024.
- In Session 1 first 10 teams will be invited for their presentation.
- Refreshment/Lunch will be provided after the end of the session.
- Session 2
- It will take place from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on 28th March, 2024.
- In Session 2 next 10 teams will be invited for their presentation.
- Refreshment/Lunch will we provided after the end of the session.
Prize Distribution- It will take place from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on 29th March, 2024. All the 20 Finalists should be present there.

A report from 29 April 2023
दिनांक 29 अप्रैल को छत्रपति शाहूजी महाराज विश्वविद्यालय कानपुर के स्टूडेंट काउंसिल के इनोवेशन सेल द्वारा
सिफारी (Scifari Putting the pieces together) Science Working Model प्रदशर्नी का आयोजन दीन दयाल शोध केन्द्र में
किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो० विनय कुमार पाठक विशिष्ट
अतिथि, प्रति कुलपति प्रो सुधीर कुमार अवस्थी, निदेशक, महाविद्यालय विकास परिषद डॉ० राजेश कुमार द्विवेदी एवं
कुलसचिव डॉ० अनिल कुमार यादव द्वारा दीप प्रज्जवलन से किया गया। मा० कुलपति जी ने विश्वविद्यालय परिसर
की 12 टीमों द्वारा बनाये गए वर्किंग मॉडल को देखा तथा विद्यार्थियों से उनके बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने
विद्यार्थियों को इन मॉडलों को मूर्ति रूप में लाकर प्रयोग में लाने की बात कहीं तथा उन्हें इस हेतु विश्वविद्यालय
द्वारा आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करने का आश्वासन दिया। कार्यक्रम में इस साइंस वर्किंग मॉडल प्रदशर्नी के विजेताओं
को कुलपति जी एवं अन्य अतिथियों द्वारा पुरस्कृत किया गया। प्रथम पुरस्कार प्रांजल सिंह एवं प्रशांत सिंह की टीम
को मिला। उन्होंने आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के माध्यम से कृषि का मॉडल बनाया था। द्वितीय पुरस्कार सनी गौतम
व वर्तिका शुक्ला की टीम को मिला इन्होंने मायोंइलेक्ट्रिक कंट्रोल प्रोस्थेटिक आर्म का मॉडल बनाया था। तृतीय
पुरूस्कार दो टीमों को संयुक्त रूप से मिला पहली टीम राजू रंजन यादव एवं मुस्कान श्रीवास्तव की इन्होंने
फायर फाइटिंग बी0ओ0टी का मॉडल बनाया था। दूसरी टीम राम जी पाल, कौस्तुभ सिंह व अरमान की थी इन्होंने
डांटा कलेक्टिंग बोतल का मॉडल बनाया था।
माननीय कुलपति ने अपने उद्बोधन में विद्यार्थियों द्वारा बनाए गए मॉडलों की प्रशंसा की तथा कहा विश्वविद्यालय
विद्यार्थियों को इनोवेटिव कार्य के लिए हर संभव सहायता प्रदान करेगा। उन्होंने स्टूडेंट काउंसिल के प्रयासों की भी
सराहना की तथा स्टूडेंट काउंसिल को और अधिक कार्य करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
प्रति कुलपति प्रोफेसर सुधीर कुमार अवस्थी अपने उद्बोधन में विद्यार्थियों को जीवन में श्रेष्ठ कार्य करने तथा नये
विचारों के साथ आगे आने के लिए प्रेरित किया। प्रति कुलपति प्रोफेसर सुधीर कुमार अवस्थी कुलसचिव डॉ अनिल
कुमार यादव एवं निदेशक, महाविद्यालय विकास कुमार प्रो० राजेश कुमार द्विवेदी ने विजेताओं को प्रमाण पत्र वितरित
किये।
कार्यक्रम का संचालन छात्रा सांभवी मिश्र एवं रिश्ता भट्ट ने किया। इनोवेशन सचिव फरेहा इस्लाम ने कार्यक्रम के
संयोजन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। कार्यक्रम में विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र कल्याण अधिष्ठाता प्रोफेसर नीरज कुमार
सिंह, चीफ प्रॉक्टर डा० प्रवीन कटियार, प्रोक्टोरियल बोर्ड के सदस्य डॉ० ममता तिवारी, डॉ० रिचा शुक्ला, श्री
चन्द्रशेखर कुमार, सुश्री० आकांक्षा बाजपेयी, इनोवेश फांउडेश्न के निदेशक श्री रवीन्द्र दुबे, श्री० अनिल कुमार त्रिपाठी
आदि उपस्थित थे। विद्यार्थियों में स्टूडेंट कांउसिल के अध्यक्ष, धीरज उपाध्याय, महासचिव अमन सिंह यादव, तरूण
कुमार, प्रतिभा चटर्जी, सागर साक्या, अवनीश कमल, आर्यवन मिश्रा, कुशाग्र द्विवेदी, प्रियांशी प्रजापति, साजीना परवीन,
दिशा निगम, इन्द्रजीत सिंह, मनोहर, रामेश्वर, दुर्गेश, अजीत आदि उपस्थित थे।
SciFari is an annual event organized by the Innovation Cell of Student Council of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. The event aims to organize a technological fest which provide opportunities for individuals and groups to present their innovations. The event hosts a competition where participants present and explain their scientific working models. To encourage the participants, winners of this competition are awarded prizes and cash cheques by Honourable guests. The event also hosts a notable guest speaker who gives a talk and discusses with the audience on the subject of science and innovation.
